I did not write last night like I told you as my computer was messed up. I still have not heard from the client I am supposed to have tonight. I hope he calls as I could have had another apt tonight and did not take that apt due to this guy being booked. The session is supposed to start at 5 pm so we shall see. It really upsets me when people do this and disrespect me as my time is valuable and I loose money when they do this. This makes me very angry and frustrates me...If you do not want a session do not contact me and if you want to cancel give a few days. When you book a session stay in contact and write me or leave me messages on the phone as a reminder and to let me know you are honest about wanting a session...The ones whom do this get extra attention from me....If I get disrespected even once it is over and then I will not book a session with you in the future...There are alot of sweet men out there whom are worthly of my attention however others whom are rude and nasty.....So fans also if you have called me and I have not called you back keep calling as sometimes it takes a couple times to reach me as I am so busy...think about this before you book a session..Do you deserve my attention and are you worthly and will you respect me and can you handle me? Do not book unless you are 100% sure you want a session with me....So if you are a no call no show or cancel you loose out and I will remember. For those of you whom are sweet and following the rules we are going to have great sessions....My europe boys are wonderful so far and get ready ramus and europe.....Also my nyc boys are so wonderful and thank you DL and kd and tb and I am so excited as I will be in nyc in 4 weeks..Well now off to the gym as I hit biceps and back and cardio..Working out still even though I do not feel well today..muscle hugs, amber

I woke up late due to talking to the director in montreal about the movie deal..So I will now go to gym after I write this blog for 3 hours and then back again at 7 pm for 2 more hours of just cardio...I have a plan and I am supposed to have this client wensday for 5 hours so like a whole day. I left him a vm and still have not heard back. He is here from cali and i really hope he comes through as yes I could use the money but this session was going to be fun with domination and wrestling and foot worship and spanking and everything. So I packed my bag and am ready to go so keep your fingers crossed as this is the money for my plane ticket to europe as well....Also you will get full detail blog after the session...Today I am going to get a pedicure and manicure and cook in afternoon some of my healthy italiano food and then gym again tonight....I am going to write a story for you all tonight and this one goes out to my denmark boy ramus and I am writing a story just for him..I do not have pictures of my overhead lifts yet so you will hafto wait till europe....Just dream about and anticipate the thrill as it will happen....more tonight..kisses, amazon amber xxxoo

I just added dates in paris..yea...I had to cancel rome for now but will go to rome in febuary...I also added san fran in october 7-9..yea...Paris will be october 20-27...I will be there on my birthday..so book now as I celebrate my birthday the whole month of october....help me celebrate...kisses, amber xxxooo

Well it is now monday morning and I just got back from gym as today I did 3 1/2 hours at the gym due to needing to stay home to wait for package from italy that I need to sign for. So today I hit it hard with chest and shoulders and abbs and cardio and steam room. I got to the gym at 4 am and there was hardly anybody there and I was glad as I needed to hit the weights heavy and did not want that extra attention today..I really blasted my shoulders and they are looking huge. I was doing shoulder raises with 55 pounds today and it felt really good to hit it that hard. I did 4 sets of 25 and they were rock hard and pumped after..I also did read delt raises at 55 pounds and my form looked great and they were blasting away. I then did front delt raises and since this exercise is harder and targets only the small front delt I did 20 pounds on each arm with a sets of 25 8 times. I made sure my breathing was correct and my form was picture perfect..I then did dumbell chest press and 50 pounds in each arm as I really wanted a full rotation here and today I wanted to really focus on my form and breathing. It does not matter how much weight you life if your breathing and form are off. This is the key to prevent injury and exute the moves in the proper to target the specefic muscle groups you are working. lot of people I see in the gym are doing the exercises the wrong way due to lack of knowlege and frankly just not paying attention while they are at the gym. I then did my incline press and and decline press at 200 pounds and I used the machine due to not having a spotter..I then did a little abb work and some stretches and went to steam room for 1/2 and used my africian shea butter for my skin. As I was working out a thought came to my mind and I would like to share this with you ..this will make you think..

I practice the art of picturization and it is a simple technique as you merely picture in your mind having already accomplished or attained your goal what ever it may be. Hold it firmly in your thoughts picture it as already being yours and amazing things will happen. That simple process has paid off for me on much more important objectives than correcting a nutrition plan. I am still working on my drives and the mountain in which I began to climb as This time it is pikes peak and I shall reach the top and when I do my face will prevail a look of satisfaction and contentment.The most important thing is to be successful to yourself and what others think does not matter. You are a success if beleive in yourself and the path you have chosen..You make the choice to be whom you evovle and become...

I know I wrote all you to book your sessions in europe and I did you give my address in paris. I will be staying at a apartment in paris and will get the most reasoable priced hotels in copenhagen and switzerland and norway. In order for me to keep my prices the same as they are in usa then I need to keep the cost of the hotels lower. I can not loose money on this trip fans as I can not afford that..I know the places may not be as convient for some of you however, this was the only way to keep cost down..I gave all my paris clients the address already and am just looking for all confirmations now...pleaase confirm this week...I will keep my prices the same as they are on my web site for usa clients. However, please bring the donation for your sessions in united states dollars.
