Well I hope this email finds all of you waking up from a dream you had about me. No just kidding. Although if you did have a dream about me that earm you extra brownie points. I really did not do much today except train and sleep and made a couple phone calls as well. I did legs today at the gym and I really blasted them hard. Today I did a leg press with 1400.00 pounds. Yes it was such a huge adreline rush and people were watching and everything. They called me a show off and I said no I am not just strong. It was so great though fans and that was my pr (personal record) and that made me extremely happy. I had my phone with me in the gym and it rang and I answered it and it was one of my fans from NYC and he actually booked a whole afternoon with me in NYC

What a wonderful day I had today. I woke up late however due to a very exciting dream I was having and I just wanted to finish. I bet you can imagine what I was dreaming about. I would tell you however, remember I want you to wonder and I am all about mystery. If you booked a session with me you will see that. It is always a plesant surprise when you meet me fans. I could only take a hour of this and then finally walked over to them and said can you guys please do me a favor and stop folowing me and staring at me as it is interfering with my concentration. I will not have a session with any of them however, lunch once in awhile why not. When we were getting ready to leave the waitress came back with the check and gave it to one of the guys as I pinted at him and said he is covering this one. She gave him the check and walked back over to me and dropped something on the floor and bent down to pick it up and as she was doing this I felt something soft touch my calf and then got this huge smile on my face as it was her hand touching me. She came back up and then looked at me and winked and handed me a piece of paper and winked at me and then just said use it sweetie. The boys said what is it amber. I said now I will look at it when we get outside and follow me and lets all walk out calmly. So we did and they followed me and then when we got outside they said open it and So I did and it was her phone and name denise with a kiss and it said call me. I then got this huge smile on my face. I then looked over towards the window at the restaurant and there she was looking at us and smiling and she blew me a kiss. The boys asked well are you going to call her and get with her. After that I came home to do my yoga video and watch a movie before work. Well, my phone rang alot today and I booked two clients next week in colorado one from sweden and one from UK here visting so that was great for me. He said he heard about me from goddess heather. He said people are talking about me in nyc and the west coast. I guesse the buzz is getting out now. I am very flattered that people are talking about me. Well today was quiet the productive day. I first had a amazing work out and today I did cardio and biceps and yes again I did 90 pounds curls with 25 reps of 10 sets...I only did two exercises for biceps as I am just working on building that head on my biceps..It is huge fans and yes 18 inches of pure mass and size...I even lost some weight as well. Wait till you see me in NYC and la and europe get ready for me to rock your world...I then went to a yoga class and that was very interesting and yoga really helps even me out. After this I had a session today and it was a fantasy wrestling match. He wanted me to wear a scrubs yes like the doctors wear. So I did and showed up at his house and acted out this scenario and knocked on his door and he answered and I said I am DR.
