well saturday i am off to europe and very excited to see and meet all my fans in europe. I started training with a professional bodybuilder and he is so awesome and very smart. So things are looking good as I am a little leaner with more size and strength and looking great....I am eating clean now which helps me alot. I seem to love chocolate a bit to much..lol....Lately there has been some pretty intense things going on in my life so it did effect my training. Those issues are put on the back burner now so i can focus on my training and travels...I want my fans to know me as a person not just a body with muscles. I beleive in helping others any way I can and I go above and beyond to help people in need. I feel I was given a great gift with healing and I intend to pursue this gift as helping others is a dream of mine and I feel through my wrestling and acting I will be able to help many people in my life and others around me...I beleive in a love that is unconditional as we all make mistakes and even in the heat of a intense moment words can be shared that are not intended to hurt. That happens when we let our head control actions. I have realized this recently when I was in the mountains and now I will only speak from my heart not my mind..I also realize that if you live in the moment and have no expectations as to what will happen in the future you will then therefor learn alot more and watch your surroundings as when you are always in your head you miss out on so much.
