well I am off to the gym for three hours and then home to take shower and put on make-up and then off to get a manicure and pedicure for my huge photo-shoot today..yea...However, I do not quiet feel ready and I planned this photo-shoot at a very bad time...I know they will be great and you will all love these pictures...I am doing some pictures for a producer/director as well..So we are doing these shots

I will be starting my lean down program tomorrow and will be on this plan even when I travel...So right now I am still very thick in the off season. I am training with a great man whom is a pro-bodybuilder with many titles to his name. We are gearing towards doing a comp in april or may. Depending on my condition and size.. The goal is to take me down 50 pounds and sculpt my upper body more and my stomach and really focus on them. So look for lots of new pictures and videos...I am shooting my videos saturday in atlanta and friday I have another huge photo-shoot..yea...the web site is better now and even getting more better as my new web designer rocks....well off to rest my foot..kisses, italianogoddess amber

well phillie tour did not go well as far as sessions go. Two no call no show and a cancel. I did enjoy a couple clients I had. However, on tuesday night I had my last client a very big guy and we wrestled and he was rough and actually flipped me and caused a minor injury to my foot and he was huge. So fans Do not ever use that kind of force on me ever. I am very strong however, that does not mean you can hurt me..I am still a women and why would you ever want to hurt a women..So Never ever do what this man did in a session ever...I do not think he did it on purpose however, when you come to a session be aware and we will talk before it starts...ask lots of questions before you book..
