Today is thursday and I just got back from doing my one hour of cardio every morning. I meet with bishop my trainer today at 12;30 and am really looking forward to a hard work out. I have not seen bishop for two weeks due to my traveling and his travels. So it will be nice to be back with him in the gym rocking it hard. We may be working out twice a day for awhile to catch up on lost time from minor set backs we both had. Yesterday I did chest and shoulders and my chest is getting huge and my shoulders look totally ripped. I love hitting my chest hard and love that feeling of power and strength while I am in the gym. The intensity and drive it gives me when I lift is so empowering and the attention in the gym helps as well. I will win as I am a champion and nothing will stop me. Today me and Bishop will hit my back hard and triceps and then tonight I will go back to gym and hit another hour of cardio and legs. This will be a tough schedule for me with training touring and trying to get down time as I need that. I will do it as this is my future and dream. So hitting it hard everyday fans and just watch me grow and change right before your eyes. I am changing everyday and it looks hot and keeps getting hotter. I am still looking for sponsors to help me with my dream. Well fans I will write more tonight after my work outs to let you know how it went and my progress..kisses, italianogoddess amber
