Today I got up and was at the gym from 7 am-11 am as it snowed here last night and I was supposed to go get a recall done on my car. However, had to cancel that as i have a spare tire on my new car due to someone slashing my tire and they had to order this tire and there were only two in the country so today I stayed home and walked to gym and will walk again tonight to do my bedtime cardio. So today I did a hour of cardio on the treadmill at the speed of 4.2 at at the highest incline of 15 and it felt great as I took two day's off while in Dallas to rest and did that help fans. I am even bigger and leaner than before I left and things are looking so great and big and lean. WOW...So anyway I hit chest today and did the bench press sets of 10 at 12 reps each with also half reps so I can get that blood flowing so I do static movements at first and then more ballstic at a higher spped for the blood and intensity as you want to get that blood flowing to build the muscles and prevent injury. I also did the incline and decline this same way and I only take 20-30 seconds between sets as this is to build muscle and get the oxygen in the muscles so I can blast it out again and not get fatigued. Bodybuilding is very scientific and most people are not aware of that. I then hit the machines to get more pump and add the diversity my training needs as when your muscles shall we say get bored with a exercise they will not respond and stop growing and you always want to shock your muscles so they grow and respond. This is not just for bodybuilding but for everyone in a training program. I often see people in the gym whom are not training right and that is why they see no results and month after month I see them and no change at all. They just need to be more educated or hire a trainer like myself whom knows what they are doing. I then went and did bicep's and tricep's today as I am a hardgainer with my bicep's so I hit them 6 day's a week and now they are responding rather well and huge and more sculptured as well. So I hit them hard with hammer curls and preacher curls and one arm biceps curls and fans as I was doing these exercises three men came up to me and told me that I looked great and that my biceps look huge. It was strange as I alway's wear baggy sweatpants and a very loose shirt long sleeve shirt to the gym as I stay covered up as I do not want to attract attention as when I am training I just want to focus on that and not loose my concentration. Do not forget either I did my ROCK STAR photo shoot friday and they are looking so good and you will love these. They will be up very soon.....kisses, italianogoddess amber

I will be in this wonderful country Feb 22-25 and am looking forward to all my sessions as these canadains know a classy lady when they see one. As several of them have told me. Good morning sweet fans,
I am leaving Dallas now and going home and friday morning I leave for Roma.....So fellow italians are you ready to play in my amazon jungle? It will be a sooooo fun. Last night i could not sleep at all and yes it was due to the fact that I was very horney. So again I had to get out my dildo and am very thankful I brought it with me. I will never leave home without it again....So I spent a hour pleasing myself and was even thrusting harder this time. I get that feeling deep inside my mariilyn even just talking about it. So I better stop as I am leaving for the airport soon...Dallas was fun due to those two wonderful clients and the older men whom come to get sessions I enjoy the most. It is quiet nice to be around such polite, respectful, honest men and not little wimpy boys.
