I wanted to give you a update on my training and let you know things are looking great and everyday they change and get better. My traps are really coming along and my bicep's are getting more defined and that is my hard area. I am getting leaner day by day and still gaining a little muscle with more definition. I did two hours of cardio this morning and then back which I blasted hard and then tricep's and bicep's and I will return tonight from 8-11 to do two more hours of cardio and more bicep's and tricep's as I am focused on Toronto and the comp April 19.
