Well I was due to be at gym for m y third round right now. However, while doing my chest work out today I got a sensation in my left shoulder that did not feel right. I am totally fine but wanted to rice it tonight and not overwork it to prevent injury. I think my medial delt on the left was just overworked and it needs tonight to rest. I love doing chest so when I do I really blast the hell out of them. I did not meet with my trainer today however, I did great on my own. So I will go to bed at 11 pm so I can hit the gym at 5 am for two hours of cardio and back and bicep's and then I will do my three workouts sunday. I did meet with my web designer and YES the new pictures will be up in a week and lots of new stuff over the next two weeks..yea..Every month there will be new pictures so look for some very exciting stuff over the next few months..Watch for my bodybuilding shows and movies over the next few months...well off to write about Tiff...wet wet kisses, italianogoddess amber

6 pm-9 pm gym third time today

I will be working on line writing my blogs and answering emails from 9-midnight and also taking phone calls and if you call remember I have very limited time so I will only talk for 10 minutes.
