Well it is sunday and I am so tired as last night after my sessions I could not sleep so stayed up till 3 am and then at the gym doing cardio at 7 am and then meant a friend. So right now I am so tired and lazy. So today will be my day off from the gym even though I did a hour of cardio today still a day off. 4.I love opera as it is like a tragic love story and so dramatic and the performers are so full of passion and it speaks to me in such a profound way and when I attending a performance I feel the grasp of the performers reaching out and engulfing my inner being into the art of the particular opera and I feel over consumed with passion and intensity and often feel like this is my tragic love story spoken from the true intensity of my heart and soul. Such a profound experience and such a heart break however, yet a delight to let the passion whether it be good or bad entwine within the very walls of your vavles and tunnels is a great healing expereience within itself.

8.My life was hard and people assume that I have had a easy life quiet the contrary on that and you should never assume anything about anybody as you have not lived there life and people generally never ask me not even my friends about my life. I never understood why this was happening to me however, still never gave up on me and now in my life I feel a higher power helping me and my dreams are coming true and yes I am doing stuff now maybe I wish I could of done at 21 however, I was 350 pounds when I was 21 and a complete wreck. So now I am living life and having fun and still my heart is the same size. Well it is Saturday and I thought I was going to have some extra time today. However, today I received two phone calls so tonight I will have two different sessions tonight. I am taking a break tonight from blog writing and emails....I just got back from gym and third time today and I want to hit it hard at 5 am for three hours of cardio and then back to better bodies for weight training from 11-1 and so tonight Tiff will come over and we will need to have a talk as I think she loves me to much.
