check out my new pictures and look at me new leg shots....They are now even developing more and you can see there is no fat at all on my leg's. However, I am out of porportion as I hold water in stomach and struggle with abbs and lower back. So the next few months will be crucial for me as I am going to work my ass off to take care of the siuation. I know I can do it and abbs are more of the diet so I will be following a strict bodybuilding nutrtion plan until I receive my desired results. The last place fat comes off is my stomah for me. JUST WAIT I WILL DO THIS. I am big on following through on things I say I will do. Today I am in Iowa and will be hanging out with the kids and when I am around them I am like a big kid myself. So today we are going to play video games at the arcade and then we are all going to ride the go-carts. The kids always want to wrestle me and have my flex my muscles as they think it is so cool..I love my nieces and nephews very much and am a kid person myself. I just love children and animals and even though I will not have my own kids that is ok as I love my nices and nephews like they are my own....well, give me your feedback on the new photos...Have a great weekend....italianogoddess amber

I want to wish you all a happy halloween and be safe...I will be with my nephews and niece and I will be a vampire...I love vampires and and very fasinated with them actually. Bizarre huh? I first want to explain something to everyone as I have received a few emails regarding this. I know I have postponed alot of tours and I am not a flakey person at all beleive me. So the reason why these have been postponed is due to the fact that I am having a minor surgery in november and will need time to recover. I will be fine and everything looks good. I just wanted to explain what was going on so you all know that the tours were postponed due to this. I apologize for that and do not give up on me as next year my tours will be even better and my transformation as well.

First I want to say that due to being overly focused on training and research and writing for my books. I seem to be lost and please if you write me a email and do not receive a response try again as I get so lost in writing that I forget to answer emails. So bare with me right now as I am following my dreams and remember 2009 MY YEAR...I keep looking better everyday with my transformation and just wait till you see me prevail in January.Today I was taking a nap and opened my eyes but I did not know where I was. Nothing made any sense at all. I looked at the ceiling and I did not understand. I stared at the clock and saw the numbers, but I still didn't know what they meant. In this confused state, hoping it would help, I found the bathroom, turned on the bathtub faucet marked HOT but forgot to turn on the cold. As the tub filled, I managed to get my cloths off, but then lost my balance and fell backward, buttocks first, into the scalding water. And suddenly, I understood. Physical pain puts us back in touch with objective reality, and reminds us of priorities, but I don't recommend seeking them out....

I had a great birthday and so now my new journey has just began. I am will reveal myself in January. I am starting my intense phase in the gym so my diet will be drastically cut and my time in the gym. I just did my new routine and really want to focus on my rear delts as well as my abbs. Those are my two struggles and my muscle bellies are HUGE....I am seeing more everyday as I strip off the pounds and WOW...I am wearing very loose cloths at the gym as I was causeing a comotion..lol...I will right more latter....italianogoddess amber

Well tomorrow is my 28th birthday and so now a new chapter in my life will begin. I have been working hard on training and writing so look for some amazing, great things from me in January. So if you are one of those lucky new yorkers you can see me re evented in january. This week due to my birthday I have been eating all my favorite foods like lots of sushi and italiano pizza and middle easteren food. I even had Ben and jerry which I never do. I figure this is my birthday week so as long as I stay the same weight I am ok for a week. I am still 170 and it goes usually between 167-170 right now. My muscle bellies are huge and even at 140 I will still look big just completely ripped...yea....This is a great transformation and I am enjoying the process. I am just loving myself and this path I am on. I am just doing dinners and movies for my birthday as I am a simple girl actually. I am also a lone wolf usually so big parties not my thing. I prefer opera, theater, ballett and movies. I do love live shows as well. My friends have spolied me and it is hard for me to accept gifts but I did and rather am. So today I came home from the gym with 4 dozen roses waiting for me and a front row ticketr to see sarah brightmon in concert. YEA....I LOVE SARAH BRIGHTMON.....Can you use this huge smile on my face.... I am getting a massage today from my friend for my birthday and I got three new books as you all know I am a reader as most writers are...yea...I am going to visit my family in IOWA November 1 for a early christmas and my birthday...So send me your birthday wishes and 2009 that is my year just wait....kisses, italianogoddess amber
