ciao fans,
Good afternoon to you all. Well I slept way to late today as last night I could not sleep and I will tell you all why. I trained with my trainer last night and we hit shoulders hard as earlier in the day I did back. So I meant him at 7 pm last night and I have been overly tired due to so many sessions over the weekend and my sleeping patterns have been off drastically. I had a date tonight I had to cancel and my date tomorrow as well due to training and sleep and injury. Bodybuilding is a life and I need to put that before anything including a relationship right now as this is my dream and I waited a long time for this dream to come true. Look at it like this and this is my personal metaphor "Dreams come true for those whom are willing to wait for the reality of the dream to come true" This is what is happening for me right now as I waited for this and now it is my time. So now back to my training well I arrived at the gym early to do my warm up cardio and then at 7 pm my self and my trainer began to hit shoulders. He had me go over to the ball and sit on it and do shoulder raises and as I was doing them he stripped down again and then I lost my concentration and looked at him and said You can not do that when I am training as I loose my concentration. He then said I know you like tyo look at my willy. I said yes I do and that is the problem as I need to focus and concentrate. I then got up off the ball as I watched him pose as he is competing in two weeks. He looks great and he will kick some ass on stage and I can not wait to watch this. I needed to refocus at this time as yes my mind was wondering and I get very excited easily with him. I think maybe the thought of for once being with a man bigger than me really turns me on. I have dated guy's bigger however, never has big as him and as muscular like him. So I then closed my eyes and began said no focus as I knew I needed to hit it hard with shoulders tonight. We did rock it hard and he truly makes me work hard and I love it as I am seeing some great results. My medial head is looking great and my read delt is picking up as well. I have never had problems with my frontal delt. However, I feel I am still only at 30% with my training and my look. I still have 70% more to go and it is never good enough. Once you start thinking your muscles look good enough and everyone around say's you look so sexy and great. Well your mind will start settling for that and then you will not work as hard. So you need to say it is never good enough as there is alway's room for improvement. Strive to be the best and then strive to be better as that is what a winner does. If you fall off the wagon train then pick your ass back up and then work even harder. I WILL BE THE BEST AND NOBODY WILL STAND IN MY WAY...Also what other people think about me does not matter in regards to my bodybuilding and my sessions. I do what I want and I feel good about everything I do even in my sessions. So this is me fans and what you see is what you get...kisses, italianogoddess amber

I know you were waiting for this blog huh? Well I had two sessions on Saturday and I will talk about the 11 pm-midnight session first for you. I received a phone call Saturday around 3 pm and on the other end there was a husky voice and I said ciao this is Amber and he said is this the italianogoddess and I said yes whom is speaking and he said Steve and then I said ciao steve and he said I would like to see if you have time for a session tonight around 11 pm? I said sure and what kind of session would you like? steve then said well it may be a weird request and I am not sure if you will do it. I said just ask me and then we can go from there. He said well first can I say that you are like my ultimate dream girl and I think you are so very sexy and perfect. I then said thank you sweetie and that makes me blush. He then said well You are close as i will ever get to touching my fantasy girl. I said ok so what type of session do you want steve? He said well I am getting married in two weeks and am having a little bachelor party tonight with just 4 friends and was wondering if you would consider coming over to the hotel and dancing for me and giving me a lap dance. They all shook there heads and then i went over to the cd player and first put in Pour some sugar on me by Def leopard and and at this time I was wearing my torn ac/dc shirt and my tight shorts and as I began to dance over to Steve I first went and began to hump his leg and place my hands behind his head and began to massage the back of his head and he began to moan very fast as this was just the start of the show. I then sat on his lap and moved my lips close to his so he could feel the warmth of my breath as I blew in his ear and then I began to dry hump him and whispered in his ear and said you are allowed to thrust towards me Steve. I then placed my hands behind Steve's neck and
moved my breasts towards him and stuck his face right in between my breasts and wiggled them around. I then got up and began to flex my muscles for him and gave him oil to rub on me and when he began to
