Good morning to you all and I hope you all enjoy your weekend. I will be in london for 6 Day's and this includes travel time to get there. So be patient as I will be busy and have limited internet access as well. I am so excited to start working on my plans with my trainer as we have some great ideas and after his competion March 15 we will work on our business plans. So much to look forward to as this is just the start for me and just wait till you see my outcome. So london boy's if any of you can get me passes to the fitness first by my hotel that would really help me alot. I still need to hit the gym hard while in london and can not cheat on this trip. So help your champion out with this.
