I was not able to do my nutrition plan or workout all weekend due to being sick. However, today I hit the gym and did the nutrition plan colette has me on. She is so awesome and checks up on me and that I needed. The missing link as you can exercise as much as you want however, the nutrition is the key and now I have that. So just wait till you see me transform over the next few months. I am shooting my transformation video Saturday and will do one every month. Well today has been a busy day and finally last night I slept yea for 10 hours as three days without sleep was getting to me....I did get the new pictures back with DR.Love however, you will halfto wait till things get done with web site. I am having problems sleeping and I think it is due to my new training and eating program. Good morning to you all. I woke up late again due to cindy staying over and we watched a movie and played. I meant with Colette Nelson sunday in NYC and it was wonderful. I am looking forward to working with her in regards to my nutrition and routine for the shows. She went through the nutrition plan with me and it is really going to help me as the nutrition part is the hardest for me and she is the professional with this. I look good however, I need to downsize a bit as I have huge muscle bellies and I need to get my waist from a 31 inch like it is now to a 26 inch waist and just get that more sculptured look as I have the mass and now I am molding my body as if it were clay to perfection. So this transformation will be amazing and wonderful and keep watching. I will start doing my videos next month for wrestling and one every month for my transformation so you all can see all my wonderful changes.
