Well cindy did come over monday night. However, I still needed one more workout and so right when she got here I said were going to the gym. Cindy then said but I already worked out today amber. well first I just wanted to let you know that I changed the shoot date for the video and photo-shoot. I was going to do it this thursday. However, I felt I was not prepared and did not want to go into this without full preparation and detail. I am a very detailed women and I never do anything without full preparation. That is whom I am and when ever I do something I always make sure it is my best. That is what winners do and I am a winner. I struggled throughout my life with my weight and many other things as well. I never had anybody to beleive in me just my faith and that carried me through. I am working hard on several different projects and busting my ass in the gym. Things are looking great and everyday I keep looking better. My upper body is really starting to get more defined and my stomach is shrinking and it feels wonderful. Basically what I am doing to shedding any extra weight which I do not need as you already know I have alot of muscle mass so this is going be a amazing transformation when I am done...I will be fierce when this is over by the comp in September..Even my nutrition adviser Colette said that..Just watch me GROW AND WIN...I love the fact that I am keeping my femminity and still have my all natural breasts..I really hope I can keep them and I have this feeling that I will not loose my breasts.....I am working on the CD and it is a pink Floyd style and I think it will be great for my first cd. However, there will be more to come.
