Well I anm healed finally right? I lost some inches while I was under the wheather...So my waist keeps getting smaller and thank god for that as my goal will be a 24-26 inch waist. I will get there and I am loving this new look and journey....So wait till you see me in December with my new look and there is so much to look forward to with me. It will only get better and better until it explodes and then the explosions will just keep comming. So on top of that volcano will be me waving....So I am now working on three seperate projects and YES THE PUBLISHER LOVES ME.....So in my seris of inspirational books a new seris which will be best sellers just wait. YEA..I am doing what I LOVE and living my dream...I just had to learn to get out of my own way and take that risk and huge leap of faith and then looked what happend....So today I received a delightful email from a special person and I mean very special friend of mine. This particular person rocked my world in more ways than one. So you my dear are getting a long email tonight. You never know maybe you will ask me to stay in canada for awhile....So kisses to you...

I saw Tiff this morning and actually it was a accident. I went to see my best friend sherrie office of work. I go there everday cause me and sherrie have secrets...I wonder....Well, I was planning on being out by 9 when the staff arrived. However, sherrie got carried away with all that firey aries...I could just not put out that fire nor did I want to. Moving on I saw Tiff walking in so I said hi and she looked very sad so I said do you need a hug. She looked at me and said well more of a good fuck...My mouth dropped and then she grabbed me by my shirt and said your comming with me. I just let her Drag me it was so HOT REALLY HOT.....I am not used to that roll and she was always submissive with me and never acted like this. I have been out of touch due to having minor surgery monday. So bare with me this week....I am doing well just very sore and pretty high due to pain meds...Gotta love vicodin right? I have some amazing friends and so my meals are cooked to order and it makes me feel very special...I was trying to relax today and baking/cooking relaxes me and I never eat what I make as there are to many carbs and fat...I need to learn how to cook low carb/low fat food...I did study in Italy for three months and learened alot about italiano cooking and my grandma taught me. So our family has our own sauce in Europe called "Dio Te Bendechia" and it is my receipe redefined....I always wanted to market it in amercia and will look into that...I have had so many dreams and shockingly 50% of them have come true so it is my intention to make that number 100%

I am now heading to the airport for my two day tour of phonenix...yea and I still have a few open slots and durring down time I will be working on BROKEN...I need to really get busy with my film career and I always follow through so when I say I am going to do something I do. I am not flakey and always on time and do cancel things but rarely....Last night I had a dream about being attacked in a good way from these blond swedish girls and at first there was like 5 of them and then by the time the dream was over there was only one..IT was so HOT AND YUMMY.....I spend at least 10 hours a day thinking about sensual things...The scorpio in me right? I would tell you about this dream however, if I do not leave I will be late for the bus to airport....So just imagine this italiaqn women w3ith 5 blond bombshells who are highly sexual and animalistic just like me....SOOOO HOT.....The last one really got all the juice though..
